Shipping Policy
Most items are shipped within 3 business days.
Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier, your location, and holidays.
Tracking information will be provided as soon as it becomes available.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. The Emporium is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
Shipping may occasionally be delayed due to carrier issues, weather, high-volume periods, or your location.
For Local Pick-Up Only (LPO) items, buyers must arrange a time and location with the Emporium.
Refund & Return Policy
Buyers have 0–7 days (depending on the item) to request a refund.
Refunds are valid only if the item is damaged, significantly misrepresented, or faulty beyond normal use.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
Certain items (vintage, electronics, clearance) may be final sale.
Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is our fault.
Consignment Rules
Eligibility
Items must be clean, in good condition, and legal to sell.
Sellers must be honest about the item’s condition and any defects.
Commissions & Fees
The Emporium takes a commission of 5%–25%, depending on the item and its value.
Commission applies whether the item sells via consignment, auction, or both.
If you (the client) choose to do both consignment and auction, there is a $15 participation fee. This fee is separate from the 5%–25% commission or inconvenience fee.
Contracts
A signed agreement between the seller and the Emporium is required.
Both parties agree to the terms before items are accepted.
Duration & Sale
Clients can choose a consignment period between 6 months and 1 year.
Items are listed for sale until sold or until the consignment period ends.
If you (the client) request removal of the item, cancel a consignment, or cancel an auction, or if you (the client) lose or damage the item(s), the Emporium may charge a 5%–25% inconvenience fee, depending on the item.
Sellers must formally request item removal for any applicable fees to be applied correctly.
Refunds & Returns
Buyers can request refunds 0–7 days from purchase depending on the item.
Items must be accurately described; misrepresentation can void the consignment agreement.
Auction Option
Sellers can choose to auction consignment items.
Buyers must complete the auction purchase within 25 minutes of winning the bid.
Same commission rates apply.
General Conduct
Sellers must provide accurate, honest information.
Items not meeting the Emporium’s standards may be rejected.

Payment
Payments must be completed promptly.
Auction winners have 25 minutes to finalize their purchase.
Refunds & Returns
Refund requests are allowed 0–7 days, depending on the item.

Be honest and respectful when interacting with sellers and the Emporium.
Local Pick-Up Only (LPO)
Arrange a time and location with the Emporium for LPO items.
LPO items cannot be shipped.
Payment Options
Bitcoin is accepted for most items.
Verify with us before purchasing with Bitcoin.
Escrow is available only upon request.
For Sellers
Honesty & Accuracy
Sellers must provide truthful descriptions, including defects or quirks.
Consignment & Auction
Choose consignment, auction, or both.
Commission: 5%–25%.
If removal, cancellation, or item damage occurs, a 5%–25% inconvenience fee may apply.
$15 participation fee applies if both consignment and auction are used.
Contract & Agreement
Signed contract required before item acceptance.
Payment & Payout
Payment is issued after the item sells and all conditions are met.
Item Standards
Items must be clean, functional, and legal.
The Emporium can reject items not meeting standards.
